What to do if scanning ends with the "Error" status?

If any error occurs during scanning, please send an e-mail to tech support. To assist you, support will need:

  1. A scanning page screenshot with the error description according to its programming language (if there are several errors, please send a screenshot for each). See the screenshot example below.

  2. System event log files that you can collect with Log-bringer.
